Each one of us is an irreplaceable being. To respect everyone’s rights, we try to make a place where we can help one another through mediation.
In order to achieve this goal,
*We listen to different opinions
.
*We acknowledge that there are diversified values and we do not impose our values.
*We do not presume a specific result, nor make judgements.
*We try not to be limited in our own thinking and respect opinions and values different from ours.
*We do not treat our cases as someone else’s problem. We never stop thinking about the roles we should take in each case.
*We always reflect on our thinking and spare no effort to explore all possibilities.
*We never act without thinking about our role and the social meanings of our activities.

We, JMC believe that it is vital for both parties involved to settle their “conflict” through dialogue In our daily lives, we have many types of “conflicts”.
For example,
Trouble with neighbours (problems with noise, pets, etc.)
Problems within families (unsatisfactory inheritance, marital problems,
parent-child problems, etc.)
Trouble with sellers (defective products, etc.)
Trouble at work
Trouble at school
